Through the collaborative efforts of The Center for Possibilities Foundation, Inc. the church and Reach International School, headed by Cynthia Gonzales, a SPED Center for indigent communities for children with special needs who are undiagnosed and untreated was formally opened at Sagada, Mt. Province in 2015.

Due to the lack of special education in remote areas, The Center for Possibilities Foundation, Inc. through the relentless support of people and donors from all over the country started a project to open a SPED Center that will provide the needs for the exceptional populace and to serve as a haven of hope for the families of special individuals in Norzagaray, Bulacan.
